Management Trainee

What You'll Do

As a Management Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our food and beverage services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the management of daily food and beverage operations.
• Tracking and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Ensuring effective stock rotation to minimize wastage.
• Handling customer inquiries to provide excellent service.
• Resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Conducting regular checks for cleanliness and safety across all areas.
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
