MyJobe uses AI matching to identify candidates who fit your job requirements.
When you send an invite:

• The candidate receives a personal job invitation (via platform notifications and supported channels).

• You only use an invite credit when the invite is actually sent.

Invites help you reach suitable candidates proactively, reduce waiting time, and increase your chances of getting qualified responses — while keeping full control over your hiring costs.

An invite means the candidate received a personal job invitation and had the opportunity to review your job.
However, the final decision to apply always belongs to the candidate.

You’ll still be able to see that the invite was successfully delivered and viewed (when available).

1. AI matching (free)
After posting a job, MyJobe’s AI identifies relevant candidates.
You can review match scores and summaries at no cost.

2. Invite candidate
You send a job invite to candidates you’re interested in:

• The candidate receives a personal invitation
• Invite credits are used only when the invite is sent

3. Regular unlock (recommended flow)
Regular unlock becomes available only after the candidate accepts the invite:

• This confirms the candidate is interested in your job
• You can then unlock the full profile at a lower credit cost
• This is the most effective and affordable hiring flow

Recommended flow:
Invite → Candidate accepts → Regular unlock

4. Premium unlock (optional, faster access)
If you want to reach a candidate immediately, you can use Premium Unlock:

• Available without waiting for invite acceptance
• Provides instant access to the candidate profile
• Uses more credits than regular unlock

⚠️ With Premium Unlock, the candidate may not be interested in the job yet.
This option is best when speed matters more than cost.

How credit charging works

🔹 Unlock credits are based on salary level
Higher salary roles require more credits. Lower salary roles require fewer.

Exact credit costs are always shown in the Package page table before confirmation.
