Guest Relations Agent (Hotel Front Office)   
 

💰 Salary & Benefits  

  • Basic Salary: SGD  3,400 and above
  • Working Hours:   
    . 5 / 5.5 days per week,  44 hours per week
  • Shift Work: 3 rotating shifts (including night shift)
  • Transport: Provided if shift ends between  12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
  • Meal: Duty meal provided   
     

🏨 Job Responsibilities  

Guest Engagement  

  • Maintain a confident, warm, and professional presence in the hotel lobby while delivering exceptional guest experiences.   
     

Lobby Experience & Flow Management  

  • Ensure the lobby ambience, cleanliness, and guest flow remain welcoming and well-managed..   
     

Guest Recovery & Service Resolution  

  • Handle guest feedback and concerns with empathy, ownership, and professionalism.   
     

Operational & Administrative Support  

  • Attend daily briefings to stay updated on occupancy levels, group arrivals, in-house events, and operational updates.   
     

🎯 Job Requirements  

  • Education: Minimum O-Level (SPM)
  • Experience:  Minimum 1 year or more experience in  4-star and above hotel front office
  • Language: Fluent English communication
  • Height Requirement: Minimum  170 cm   

     

Skills & Attributes  

  • Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance suitable for a luxury hotel environment
  • Naturally outgoing, personable, and confident with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong guest relations and communication abilities
  • Comfortable standing for long periods in the hotel lobby
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive “can-do” attitude
  • Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, large-scale luxury setting
  • Strong team player who is also able to take initiative
  • Able to work  any shift, including weekends and public holidays
