Key Responsibilities
1. Team Performance & Feedback
- Regularly assess front desk staff on service quality, communication, sales ability, customer experience, professionalism, and work presentation.
- Gather feedback from multiple stakeholders to evaluate and improve performance.
2. Centre Operations & Experience
- Oversee daily centre operations, facilities, and maintenance.
- Ensure the centre environment is clean, organised, and delivers a high-quality, “5-star experience” for customers.
3. Sales & Growth Targets
- Meet monthly targets for lead generation, sales/enrolments, and conversion rates.
- Coach and mentor the team to help them meet their individual targets and support overall centre growth.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 - 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role
Degree and above
Fluent English – candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong leadership, problem-solving & critical-thinking skills
Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and operationally focused
Able to work weekends, flexible, and passionate about people development
