What You'll Do

As a Tea Barista, you will be at the heart of our tea operations, crafting exquisite beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve:

• Preparing a variety of tea-based drinks with precision and flair
• Engaging with customers to provide personalized tea recommendations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment

We are on the lookout for individuals who are enthusiastic about tea and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Passion for tea and the art of tea-making
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of tea varieties and brewing techniques
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Malaysian and age between 18 years old to 35 years old
• Have own transportation (Allowance provided)
