As a Cafe Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the cafe runs efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
