Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new store locations, franchise partnerships and supplier agreements within the convenience store sector.
Build and maintain strong connections with existing stores, suppliers, distributors and local vendors to ensure consistent supply and a diverse, attractive product range.
Develop and implement business growth strategies, including promotional campaigns, loyalty programs and seasonal product launches tailored for convenience store customers.
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs and community engagements to build brand awareness and establish new partnerships.
Franchise and Store Operations Management :
Enhance and update franchise documentation, presentations, and materials in line with market needs and trends.
Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure excellent merchandising standards, proper product placement and a smooth customer shopping experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials and digital marketing initiatives targeting convenience store shoppers.
Provide advisory and consultancy support to stores on business management and operations.
Monitor and evaluate store performance in sales, operations and compliance with Traveller Mart SOPs through regular inspections.
