A fast-growing online platform in Malaysia is looking for B2B Sales Executives to help expand our employer network. Our service connects businesses with talent, and your role will be to bring more companies onboard to post jobs and build their presence online.
You will identify and reach out to small and medium-sized businesses across Malaysia, present the benefits of our service, and guide them through creating profiles and posting job openings. The role involves a mix of direct outreach, online follow-ups, and relationship building with business owners and HR managers.
We are seeking driven individuals with strong communication skills, confidence in B2B sales, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in recruitment, HR tech, or SaaS sales is an advantage, but ambition and results orientation are most important.
