In-Store Marketing & Promotions:
Develop and implement effective in-store marketing campaigns, visual merchandising support, seasonal promotional activities and product launch activations to boost customer engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with store operations teams to ensure smooth execution of all in-store marketing initiatives.
Coordinate the design and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, banners, in-store signage).
Analyze the effectiveness of in-store promotions and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis :
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
Analyze competitor marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Engage with local communities and businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.
Track, measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant KPIs.
Generate regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Utilize data to understand customer behavior and preferences to inform marketing decisions.
Assist in the preparation of the budget forecast for the Marketing department.
Monitor and track the marketing budget to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
