Job purpose                 :            

The Marketing Senior Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities with a strong focus on social media management. The role involves creating engaging digital content, supporting brand campaigns, coordinating events, and assisting in both online and offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

 

Responsibilities            :

1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories).

  • Monitor daily engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain active community interaction.

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics; prepare monthly reports and insights for improvement.

  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior.

2. Content Creation & Branding

  • Assist in developing creative marketing materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters, and digital ads.

  • Work with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

  • Support content ideation and storytelling that align with brand objectives and campaigns.

3. Campaigns & Events

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and PR initiatives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

  • Assist in event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting.

4. Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.

  • Assist in preparing simple marketing reports and performance analysis.

5. Collaboration & Support

  • Liaise with influencers, media partners, and marketing vendors for collaborations and promotions.

  • Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Operations, HR) to support internal and external marketing needs.

6. To perform any other duties which had been directed by the company from time to time
