We are an innovative software company specializing in maritime solutions. Our mission is to help Oil & Gas companies optimize operations through technology. We are seeking driven interns who want hands-on experience in sales and marketing while learning about the global maritime business.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and send product information emails to prospective customers.
• Call customers to confirm receipt of product information, answer basic queries, and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Assist sales team with inquiries, proposals, and presentations.
• Research maritime companies and maintain an updated lead database.
• Support preparation of sales and marketing materials for campaigns.
• Update CRM/sales tracking tools with customer interactions and responses.
• Participate in sales/marketing team meetings and contribute ideas to improve outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Interest in sales, marketing, or the maritime/technology industry is an advantage.
