We’re looking for a high-ownership growth partner to help us grow audience, demand, and retail presence, especially through TikTok, Xiaohongshu (小红书), and strategic partnerships.
This is not a “post and report” role.
This is for someone who wants to build, test, move fast — and grow with the brand.
You won’t just “post content.”
You’ll tell relatable stories that turn attention into growth.
Plan and execute short-form content for TikTok & Xiaohongshu (with some IG)
Adapt existing IG content into platform-native TT & XHS formats
Spot trends early and turn them into simple, high-performing posts
Work closely with founder-led content (real voice, stories, products — not influencer-heavy)
Track what works and double down:
views → saves → DMs → sales
Grow brand awareness and demand in Malaysia (Shopee, KL, JB focus)
Identify and approach:
Baby & kids retailers
Concept stores
Family lifestyle stores
Help test pop-ups, wholesale, or distribution opportunities
Reach out to:
Parent communities
Micro-creators
Retail partners
Build trust-first relationships that can scale over time
This role is for you if:
You understand parents
(you are one — or you deeply get the mindset)
You’re comfortable switching between content, outreach, and ops
You enjoy DMs, follow-ups, and real conversations
You’re resourceful, proactive, and don’t wait for instructions
You think like a founder, not an employee
Strong preference:
Malaysia-based or Malaysia-connected candidates
Bilingual English / Mandarin is a big plus
You need step-by-step instructions for everything
You’re uncomfortable reaching out to people or retailers
You want a fixed 9–6 job with zero ambiguity
Remote / flexible
Project-based or part-time to start (with room to grow)
Performance-linked incentives possible (bonuses / commissions)
