About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance team and oversee all financial operations. This role is critical in driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and providing insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.

• Oversee financial reporting, management accounts, and statutory submissions.

• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and working capital.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, LHDN e-Invoicing guidelines, and internal controls.

• Drive the implementation and adoption of e-Invoice workflows, system integration, and reporting.

• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA/CPA/CIMA preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, finance regulations, and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High integrity and ability to work under pressure.
