Account Intern @ Ara Damansara | Allowance + 5 Mins from LRT Station

Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing invoices, receipts and payments; track account payables and account receivables.

• Help prepare and maintain accounting schedules, spreadsheets and reports.
• Assist with filing and organizing financial documentation and ensuring record accuracy.
• Collaborate with the accounting or finance team to assist in special accounting projects as needed.
• Assist with doing researches for E-Invoices.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and Word / PowerPoint) and comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Excellent attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, curious and willing to learn, ask questions and seek feedback.

Languages: English & Malay (knowing Mandarin is highly advantageous)

Allowance: RM 800 - 1000/month

Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Ara Damansara (5 mins walk from LRT Station)
