Finance Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and assisting with budgeting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks including AP, AR, payments, and expense claims.

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing.

• Prepare management reports, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and e-Invoice submission requirements.

• Assist in setting up and managing e-Invoice workflows, data validation, and system updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
