  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Handle bank and cash management: daily bank balance monitoring, cash-flow forecasting, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Support audit and year-end closing by preparing schedules, reconciling accounts, and providing required documentation.
  • Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB) while keeping employee records up to date.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as company licence renewals, property quit rent/ assessment payments, insurance policies
