Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew. The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the outlet.
Location: TRX, Ampang, Masjid Jamek, Raja Chulan, Subang, KL Eco City, PJ, Mont Kiara and etc.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
Ensure food and beverages are served according to outlet standards.
Handle billing and payment transactions (cash and POS system).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, service stations, and equipment.
Support bar/kitchen team in preparation and service as required.
Comply with outlet’s SOPs, including Halal practices where applicable.
Assist in stock management (receiving, replenishing, and reporting shortages).
Handle guest feedback or complaints politely and escalate to supervisor when necessary.
Uphold company standards in grooming, punctuality, and professionalism.
Back up and support Kitchen department to do the simple kitchen work.
Requirements
Previous experience in F&B, club, bar, or restaurant environment is an advantage (but not required).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with strong teamwork spirit.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays.
Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.
