Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and motivate service and bar teams to deliver professional and friendly service.
  • Coordinate between kitchen, service, and bar to ensure timely order delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensure restaurant and bar cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee bar stock levels, restaurant supplies, and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Support management in implementing promotions, events, and special functions.
  • Ensure all bills and transactions are accurately recorded and closed daily.
  • Maintain a positive team atmosphere and lead by example.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Supervisor in a restaurant or bar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and customer service standards.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to handle busy service hours and resolve issues quickly.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant and/or bar operations.
