RESTAURANT MANAGER (AFC Front of House Lead) - Seremban 2 Heights

Reports to: Founder 

Department: Front of House (FOH) 

Overall Purpose 

To manage the full operations of the AFC outlet including service quality, staff productivity, customer experience, and daily operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Daily Operations Management 

• Oversee FOH operations including opening & closing procedures.
• Ensure service speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle daily sales reports, cashiering, and shift scheduling. 

2. Leadership & Staff Management 

• Manage and train FOH team (cashiers, servers, dispatchers).
• Conduct briefings, evaluations, and performance improvements.
• Implement staff discipline and uphold AFC culture. 

3. Customer Experience •

• Address customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and consistency.
• Build customer loyalty and local community engagement. 

4. Operational Compliance 

• Ensure adherence to all AFC SOPs (service, cleaning, safety).
• Monitor and enforce grooming standards and brand presentation. •
• Conduct regular audits (cleanliness, service quality, safety).

 5. Business Performance •

• Manage labour cost, daily sales, and operational expenses.
• Work with marketing for promotions and community events.
• Improve efficiency through systems and training.
