Position Summary:
Front-of-house team member in a restaurant/food outlet, handling customer service, order taking, serving, and maintaining dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages
Ensure cleanliness of the dining area in accordance with the Company’s SOP
Maintain adequate stock of service items (cutlery, napkins, condiments) and update inventory as needed
Assist in the setup and closing of the dining area, including cleaning duties
Uphold brand service standards and respond to customer queries or complaints to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Support cashier operations when needed or as assigned
Assist in operating the train, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Experience in F&B/customer service preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Friendly and good communicator
Able to work shifts including evenings/weekends/public holidays
