Description
  • Support daily retail operations, including store opening and closing activities.
  • Assist in merchandising, product displays, shelf replenishment, and stock presentation.
  • Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately, including daily cash balancing and reconciliation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock receiving, ordering, replenishment, and system updates.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Support the execution of promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and seasonal displays.
  • Participate in stock-taking exercises and assist with inventory accuracy and loss prevention initiatives.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
