  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, including sales, staffing, and customer service.
  • Manage cash flow, track expenses, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Ensure all products are priced, displayed, and promoted according to company standards.
  • Analyze sales data, customer trends, and KPIs to identify improvement areas and opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective execution of promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by mastering product knowledge and resolving inquiries or complaints promptly.
  • Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and leave management to ensure sufficient manpower coverage.
  • Train and guide team members in product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels, replenishing as required to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized outlet environment.
  • Stay informed on latest products, promotions, and brand updates.
