Description

E-Commerce Operations

  • Assist in managing and processing orders across e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and the company website.
  • Maintain and update product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory information.
  • Monitor website functionality and report any issues such as broken links, inaccurate information, or system errors.

Order Fulfillment & Logistics

  • Track and coordinate customer orders from placement through delivery.
  • Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Provide customers with order status updates and shipment information when required.

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries through in-store, phone, and online channels.
  • Recommend suitable baking ingredients, tools, and equipment based on customer requirements.
  • Handle basic customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and after-sales service matters.

Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure shelves and product displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Maintain accurate product labeling and pricing.
  • Support promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
  • Assist with stock receiving, stock counts, and inventory control activities.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and monitor product expiry dates.

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Prepare invoices, receipts, delivery orders, and packing documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of customer transactions, inquiries, and inventory updates.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating engaging content, including product highlights, baking tips, and short-form videos.
  • Capture photos and videos for marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaign execution.

Sales & POS Operations

  • Process in-store sales transactions using POS systems.
  • Assist with packing and preparing retail and online orders accurately.
  • Promote new products, special offers, and ongoing campaigns to customers.

Event & Workshop Support

  • Support the planning and execution of workshops, product demonstrations, and in-store events.
  • Assist with event setup, customer registration, engagement activities, and post-event reporting.

Learning & Development

  • Develop strong product knowledge in baking ingredients, tools, and equipment.
  • Gain hands-on experience in retail operations, e-commerce management, customer service, and digital marketing.

Team Collaboration & Store Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the retail and packing areas.
  • Work closely with retail, inventory, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.
