Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Monitor food and beverage preparation for quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained.

Team Supervision

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct regular performance checks and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain optimal inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and minimize wastage or loss.
• Verify deliveries and ensure proper storage of goods.

Sales & Customer Service

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
• Promote upselling and suggestive selling techniques among staff.
• Ensure consistency in service standards and brand experience.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
