Description

Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing requests or complaints politely.
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Store Operations

  • Assist in food preparation and beverage service as required.
  • Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Support in maintaining store cleanliness and organization (dining area, counter, kitchen, restrooms).
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.

Cash Handling

  • Operate the cash register or POS system accurately.
  • Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage change correctly.
  • Assist with end-of-shift cash balancing when required.

Team Support

  • Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
  • Assist with restocking, inventory checks, and setup/closing tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Preferably with experience in F&B or customer service (training will be provided).
  • Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Minimum education: High school graduate or equivalent.
