What You'll Do
As an integral part of our administration team, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth operations within the company. Your role will involve a variety of tasks that keep our office running efficiently.
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Assist in HR-related activities such as onboarding and employee record management.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring effective time management.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support the team with travel arrangements and event planning.

Requirements

- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
