Promote and market property listings to potential buyers and investors.
Arrange and conduct property viewings professionally.
Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and property opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Negotiate offers and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Work closely with marketing and telemarketing teams to convert leads into successful deals.
Experience in real estate or sales is an advantage (training provided for newcomers).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
Possess own transport and willing to travel for client appointments.
Fluent in Malay and Basic in English / Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
