Capitalised on its track records in construction industry, DKLS Industries Berhad entered property development in 1990. There was tremendous synergy between the two business activities especially since property development could ride on DKLS's construction division's history of delivering high quality projects, on time and on budget.

DKLS's track record for competitive costing, quality and timely delivery owes in no small measure to the fact that it has its own quarry operations that provides quarrying products and ready-mixed concrete giving DKLS a better control of supply, delivery and quality assurance.
