Requirement:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle tenants, owners, and agents effectively.
2. Problem-solving ability to manage maintenance, repairs, and tenant issues quickly.
3. Experience in coordination role
4. Able to speak in English , Chinese and Malay
3. Willing to travel and have own transportation
Job Scope:
1. Source rent/sales listings and update the report.
2. Collect and take unit photos, then send to admin.
3. Schedule appointments and provide consultations to owners.
4. Handle owner inquiries and complaints.
5. Collaborate with operators and distribute units accordingly.

Fraser Business Park (Current office)
Connaught & Ampang (New office)

Working Hours: Mon - Friday 9.30 am- 6.30 pm
