Site Engineer / Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing infrastructure projects team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bridge and related civil construction works, with the ability to take a hands-on approach in site execution and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Oversee and coordinate construction activities related to bridges, MRT, LRT, and other large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, subcontractors, and workers.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and report to the Project Manager.

• Ensure effective use of resources and adherence to project timelines.

• Relocate and adapt to different project sites when required.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years experience in bridge construction projects (experience in post-tensioning, stay cable, MRT, LRT, or similar works is essential).
• Preferably some with VSL, freyssinet, BBR, Acre Work background.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to perform hands-on site activities.
• Willingness to travel and work at various project sites (including Sarawak & Sabah).
• Good communication and coordination skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for project requirements.
