Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Experience in Outsourcing / Manpower Supply or and
- Experience in ICT solutions (networking, WiFi, cabling, CCTV, UPS, ICT hardware)
- Ability to close both manpower outsourcing and ICT project deals
- Strong costing, quotation & proposal writing skills
- Self-driven, aggressive, and result-oriented
Responsibilities
- Outsourcing & Manpower Business Development
* Secure new clients for helpdesk, IT support, engineering & general manpower
* Prepare quotation, costing, proposal & tender documents
* Attend meetings, presentations & pitching sessions
* Build and maintain relationships with clients
* Coordinate with HR for candidate sourcing & deployment - B. ICT Projects & Solutions Business Development
* Identify and secure new ICT projects (WiFi, fiber cabling, CCTV, UPS, ICT hardware)
* Prepare BOQ, costing & commercial proposals
* Coordinate with technical team for surveys & project execution
* Explore opportunities with GLCs, corporates & ICT partners - C. Reporting & Market Expansion
* Prepare monthly BD pipeline & revenue forecast
* Conduct ICT & outsourcing market research
* Identify new business opportunities
* Support management in business strategy planning
