Business Process Analysis & Design
- Engage with stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.
- Document and model workflows using BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Develop as-is and to-be process maps, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.
Workflow & System Implementation
- Work with software developers and business unit leaders to translate process models into executable workflows.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements for workflow automation systems.
- Collaborate in system configuration, testing, and validation activities.
- Support workflow deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with workflow/BPM platforms such as Joget, Camunda, ProcessMaker, Kissflow, Visio or Power Automate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
- MUST be willing to work US hours.
