1. Food & Beverage Preparations

• Prepare sandwiches, salads, wraps, and other menu items according to O’Briens recipes and presentation standards.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages to company specifications.
• Operate coffee machines and beverage equipment correctly and safely.
• Ensure consistency in food portioning, taste, and presentation.
• Replenish food and drinks displays, ensuring freshness and quality at all times.

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using GAT (Greet, Assist, Thanks).
• Provide menu recommendations and promote upselling of food and beverages.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely, escalating when necessary.
• Build rapport with regular customers to enhance loyalty.

3. Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and health & safety procedures.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils regularly.

• Assist in café opening and closing cleaning checklists.

   

4. Teamwork & Support

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist colleagues during peak hours to maintain service efficiency.
• Participate in daily briefings led by immediate superiors or management.

5. Sales & Cash Handling

• Operate POS systems for order taking and payments.
• Ensure accuracy in handling cash, cards, and e-payment transactions.

• Support promotions and upselling initiatives.

   

6. Corporate Culture & Engagement

• Represent O’Briens’ corporate culture through professionalism and teamwork.
• Participate in company training, events, and activities.

• Consistently deliver service aligned with O’Briens’ brand promise.

   

7. Other Duties

Perform ad-hoc tasks or assignments as instructed by the immediate superior or top management.
