1.Café Operations
•Assist the Café Ambassador in overseeing daily café operations.
•Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures according to company SOPs.
•Supervise food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
•Support café cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with QC and health & safety standards.
•Report equipment breakdowns or operational issues promptly and follow up on solutions.
2.Financial & Sales Performance
•Support the Café Ambassador in achieving sales targets and profitability.
•Assist in monitoring food cost, wastage, and inventory control.
•Handle cash registers, verify daily sales reports, and ensure accurate banking procedures when required.
•Support local marketing initiatives and upselling techniques to boost sales.
3.Customer Service Excellence
•Deliver professional and friendly service, acting as a role model for café staff.
•Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues to the Café Ambassador / Area Manager when necessary.
•Maintain strong relationships with regular customers to build loyalty.
4.People Leadership & Corporate Culture
•Assist in training, scheduling, and supervising café staff.
•Provide coaching and guidance to staff to maintain service excellence.
•Conduct or support daily briefings to align team goals and service expectations.
•Reinforce corporate core values.
•Actively participate in company events, campaigns, and training programs.
•Take charge of operations in the absence of the Café Ambassador.
5.Administration & Reporting
•Assist in preparing and submitting daily sales, inventory, and operational reports to the Café Ambassador.
•Support staff documentation for all cross department related matters.
•Help conduct stock counts and reconcile variances.
6.Compliance & Quality Control
•Conduct routine checks on food handling, hygiene, and safety practices.
•Ensure staff adhere to O’Briens service and operational standards.
•Assist in internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
7.Other Duties
•Perform ad-hoc tasks or assignments as instructed by the immediate superior or top management
