π CUSTOMER SERVICE (COLLECTION) - Β This job role must focused on making outgoing calls / inbound call to customers to collect overdue payments (debts).
- Customer Service = assisting and communicating with customers
- Collection = collecting outstanding payments
- Inbound & Outbound Call = calling customers & receiving calls
The staff will proactively contact customers to:
- Inform them about overdue accounts
- Request payment
- Negotiate repayment plans (installments)
- Follow up on payment promises
- Handle objections or excuses
Qualifications:
* Minimum SPM.
* Have good communication skills.
* Experience in debt collection is an advantage.
* Can work individually and in groups.
* Responsible and disciplined.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills (English/BM)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle pressure and rejection
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in collection/customer service is an advantage
