RETAIL & E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

• E-Commerce Management
• Handle daily operations of online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Website, etc.).
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Manage online orders from payment confirmation to packing and delivery coordination.
• Reply to customer messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Work with marketing and retail teams on promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to keep the platform innovative and competitive.
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Monitor and update inventory levels on the e-commerce platform to prevent stockouts or overselling.
• Coordinate with the retail team to ensure accurate stock movement between online and offline stores.
• Assist in physical stock replenishment and merchandising in the retail shop.
• Retail Support (Secondary Role)
• Support the retail shop team during peak hours.
• Help in product displays, stock arrangement, and ensuring the retail space is well-maintained.

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital sales.
• Familiar with online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or similar).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to support both online operations and physical retail tasks.
