Purchasing Assistant / Executive (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

What You’ll Be Doing (工作职责)::

• Purchase Order Management: Prepare and process purchase orders accurately to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers to confirm product specifications, negotiate terms, and monitor order progress.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate with shipping teams to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure the quantity and quality of goods received match purchase orders.
• Issue Resolution: Handle discrepancies, such as damaged goods or delivery delays, and ensure swift resolution with suppliers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier communications.

• What We’re Looking For (任职要求):

• Language Proficiency: Strong command of Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with suppliers 具有较强的中文（口语和书面）沟通能力，与供应商沟通顺畅.

• "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."

• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with relevant experience in purchasing or logistics will have an advantage.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage deadlines efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling documentation and order specifications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Microsoft Excel: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
