Graphic Design

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop internal and external visual materials such as catalogues, brochures, name cards, presentation slides, and promotional content.
• Update and maintain design templates, ensuring alignment with current brand guidelines.
• Format layouts, edit text content, and organize design components for clarity and visual consistency.
• Prepare final artwork for both printing and digital sharing, ensuring accuracy in specifications and formatting.
• Collaborate with marketing, multimedia, and product teams to brainstorm and enhance visual output.
• Edit and retouch product images for catalogues, online platforms, or marketing use.
• Guide and support intern staff on assigned design tasks, providing feedback and ensuring quality of work.
• Manage multiple design tasks efficiently and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Support in planning and developing design concepts for campaigns or product launches.
• Participate in ad hoc design assignments and contribute to creative improvements.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic design; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent design tools.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, color balance, and visual hierarchy.
• Good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of print production and digital formatting standards is a plus
• Willing to guide and mentor intern staff when assigned.
