Penerangan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales team to achieve company targets.

  • Oversee sales administration, from SPA documentation to handing over vacant possession.

  • Conduct market research, develop pricing strategies, and execute marketing plans to enhance company performance and brand presence.

  • Plan and coordinate sales team activities.

  • Manage advertising materials and campaigns with media and agencies for current or new properties.

  • Prepare and manage the sales/marketing budget, reporting progress and challenges.

  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor strategies, and new product features.

  • Liaise with lawyers, authorities, bankers, and valuers on sales and marketing matters.

  • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, business contacts, and other relevant parties.

  • Manage customer relations and expand the customer base to ensure excellent service.

  • Train sales assistants in digital marketing and relevant software.

  • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports and forecasts.

  • Lead the sales team in tasks such as loan applications and submissions to authorities.

  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements.

  • Set and track KPIs for the sales team.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the property development industry, preferably in a managerial role.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with leadership qualities.

  • Ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

  • Independent, assertive, self-motivated, team player with critical thinking skills.

  • Knowledgeable about the property market and trends.

  • Effective liaison with local councils, authorities, government agencies, and consultants.

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

  • Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) will be an added advantage.

  • Willingness to travel to project sites or sales galleries.
