What You'll Do
As a Captain, you will be at the forefront of our service team, guiding and motivating staff to deliver top-notch service. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hospitality and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.
What Weβre Looking For
We seek a dynamic individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. You should be able to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism while demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Secondary School degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proven ability in leadership and motivation
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt and show flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Ensure all team members adhere to company standards and procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service
- Train and mentor new staff members to maintain a high level of service
- Monitor and manage inventory and supplies
