1. Prepare food and beverage menu in accordance with defined standard and recipe
2. Clean and prepare all basic food items including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and marinating or etc
3. Handle, store, label and rotate all food product properly an in accordance with instruction and food handling regulations
4. Keeping work stations are clean and tidy at all the times
Requirements
1. Experience in F&B lines will be added advantage
2. High self hygiene
3. Self motivated and hard working
