Duties & responsibilities
Attend to walk-in and potential customers at the sales gallery and provide information about the project.
Assist the sales staff in daily administrative and operational matters.
Oversee the management of the show houses and clubhouse, including supervising cleaners and security guards, and ensuring overall site cleanliness, upkeep, and smooth operations.
Manage and coordinate the purchasing of operational supplies, including cleaning materials and basic maintenance items, ensuring proper stock levels and cost control.
Report and escalate any issues or irregularities to the sales staff and management promptly.
Maintaining and promoting company’s brand image.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum SPM.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Possess good and responsible working attitude.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Possess good communication skill.
Able to speak well in Malay and English. Proficient in other languages and dialects like will be a plus.
