Job Responsibilities:

• Barista Duties: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with attention to quality and presentation.
• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Supervision: Oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring that all team members adhere to café policies and procedures.
• Training Staff: Train new baristas in coffee preparation techniques, customer service skills, and café operations.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all beverages and food items meet our high standards for quality and consistency.
• Team Leadership: Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and promoting teamwork.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing techniques.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
