Job Responsibilities:

Barista Duties: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with attention to quality and presentation.
Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Supervision: Oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring that all team members adhere to café policies and procedures.
Training Staff: Train new baristas in coffee preparation techniques, customer service skills, and café operations.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Quality Control: Ensure that all beverages and food items meet our high standards for quality and consistency.
Team Leadership: Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and promoting teamwork.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café.
