Product Owner

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Managers to define and deliver features in line with product release plans.
• Gather and analyse business requirements using workshops, interviews, and wireframes.

• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business value and delivery capacity.

• Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions with the delivery team.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Support testing and validation to ensure delivered features meet user and business expectations.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and end users to drive continuous product improvements.
• Serve as the main liaison between development teams, product management, and operations.
• Assist in preparing product demos, documentation, and release activities.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and promote product awareness across teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or 

  equivalent experience).

• 2-5 years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar Agile delivery role.
• Hands-on experience with Agile practices and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Exposure to enterprise or financial software environments is an added advantage

• Knowledge of Business Central will be a plus.
