Job title: Marketing & Sales Distribution Executive
Department: Marketing & Sales Distribution (Central Region)
Report to: Marketing & Sales Distribution (CR) Manager
Job purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to strategize and execute promotional activities, actively engage with buyers through visits or email to foster sales, and provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, all while aligning efforts to meet overarching organizational sales targets.

- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
- Duties include analyzing market trends, identifying target customer segments, coordinating promotional activities, managing relationships with buyers, promoters, and executing marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor sales performance, report on key metrics, and collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets, ensuring the brand's presence and competitiveness in the hypermarket and grocery markets.
- Analyze sales data to optimize marketing efforts, collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability, and develop marketing materials to boost brand awareness and customer engagement in the hypermarket and grocery segments.
Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential buyers aimed at generating new business opportunities by directly reaching out to prospects, introducing products or services, and securing face-to-face or virtual meetings to explore their needs and demonstrate value.
- Produce daily activity by Apps and summary for weekly and monthly.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards (Perseverance, Sincerity, and Politeness).
Maintains technical knowledge by attending monthly nutrition sharing; reviewing publications.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Expected Hours of Work
Working from Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 6pm
Required Education and Experience
- SPM/ diploma/ degree.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience OR experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCGs).
Languages: English, Chinese, Bahasa Malayu
Preferred Education and Experience
- Product familiarity
- Training given by nutritionist.
