Role Overview
Join our vibrant team at Broga Hill Eco Farm Resort Sdn Bhd as a Sous Chef. Nestled in the serene landscapes of Malaysia, our resort offers a unique culinary experience that blends local flavors with international flair. We are seeking a passionate and skilled chef to elevate our dining offerings and create memorable meals for our guests.
What You'll Do
As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the highest quality of food and service. Your creativity and expertise will help us deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Assist in the planning and development of menus.
- Able to cook quality, delicious and many variety of food.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to innovate and improve recipes.

Requirements
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
