Telesales Executive (Singapore Market)
Location: Petaling Jaya
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Salary: Up to RM4,000 + Attractive Commission

About the Role
We are looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our Telesales team for the Singapore market. You will be making outbound calls to potential customers in Singapore to share information about insurance plans and assist them in signing up.

Training will be provided — no prior insurance experience is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Singapore
• Explain product features and benefits clearly over the phone
• Answer customer questions and handle basic objections
• Follow up with interested leads to close sales
• Maintain accurate records and achieve daily or monthly targets

Requirements

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
• Excellent communication skills in English (must be confident speaking to Singapore customers)
• Positive attitude, target-driven, and good telephone manners
• Fresh graduates are welcome; full training provided
• Previous telesales or customer service experience is an added advantage
