JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and certified Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in General Insurance and Motor Insurance. The responsibilities of this role include:
Define, design, and govern the modernization roadmap for transforming legacy insurance platforms into modular, service-oriented, cloud-ready architectures.
Provide architectural direction and guidance across multiple delivery squads throughout modernization initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and strategic objectives.
Oversee architecture governance and ensure solutions comply with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and technical best practices.
Conduct architecture assessments, capability modeling, and gap analyses within General and Motor Insurance domains.
Design future-state architectures supporting core insurance functions such as policy administration, underwriting, claims management, and customer engagement.
Evaluate new and emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the insurance value chain.
Promote standardization, reuse, and innovation across applications, services, and integration layers.
Facilitate architecture review boards, decision-making processes, and architectural approvals.
Produce architecture decision records, reference models, patterns, and modernization guidelines consumable by delivery teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must-have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience as an Enterprise Architect supporting General Insurance and Motor Insurance programs.
Strong understanding of insurance core systems, digital servicing channels, and industry regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with established enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA).
TOGAF-certified or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
