About the role:
We are seeking a motivated Product Executive to support the management and growth of our e-commerce products. You will assist in driving product strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth operations from concept to launch and beyond
Job description:
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned e-commerce products from concept, development, and testing through regional/global launch and live operations, ensuring alignment with business and growth strategies.
Assist in defining and documenting product vision, target user segments, monetization models, and long-term product roadmaps in collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, operations, and live-ops teams.
Conduct ongoing market research, competitor and feature benchmarking, user behavior analysis, funnel analysis, and industry trend monitoring to drive data-informed product and growth decisions.
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, e-commerce features, user manuals, and other product-related documentation.
Coordinate and track product milestones, releases, and live updates, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and performance requirements.
Our Ideal Candidates:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management or product support roles.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Able to manage multiple tasks and ad hoc requests efficiently.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
Language Proficiency:
English: Must have excellent written and verbal skills
Mandarin: Proficiency in both listening and speaking is required
Cantonese: Knowledge of Cantonese is a significant advantage (Plus)
