What You'll Do
Your role will be pivotal in developing and implementing individualized educational plans tailored to each student's needs. You will foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging growth and development through innovative teaching strategies.
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans.
- Engage students through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers.
